However, we offer refunds in the following limited cases:

- Product fails to download or access after purchase (technical issue)

- Product is significantly not as described (provide evidence)

- Non-delivery within 24 hours

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via support ticket with order ID and proof.

No refunds for:

- Change of mind

- Buyer's inability to use the product

- Already downloaded items

Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days.
