Welcome to selling on Subixo! We are excited to have you as part of our community of creators. These Seller Guidelines outline the rules, requirements, and best practices for uploading and selling digital assets on our platform, including scripts, templates, UI kits, ebooks, audio files, graphics, fonts, 3D models, and more.

 

By becoming a seller and uploading items, you agree to follow these guidelines, our [Terms and Conditions](/terms-and-conditions), and our [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy). Violations may result in item removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

 

1. Becoming a Seller

- Register a free account on Subixo.

- Navigate to your dashboard and select "Become a Seller" or "Start Selling."

- Complete the seller profile: Add accurate information, payout method (PayPal, bank transfer, cryptocurrency wallet, etc.), and any required tax details.

- Agree to these guidelines and undergo a quick review (usually 24-48 hours).

- Once approved, you can start uploading products.

 

2. Product Requirements & Quality Standards

Your items must meet high-quality standards to be approved and provide value to buyers.

 

- Original Work: All items must be 100% your original creation, or you must hold full rights/licenses. No resold, stolen, or pirated content.

- Technical Quality: Items must work as described, be free of errors/bugs/malware, and be well-organized (clean code, proper file structure).

- File Formats: Use common, uncompressed or zipped formats (see FAQ for supported types). Maximum file size: 500MB (contact support for exceptions).

- Previews & Demos: Provide high-quality preview images, screenshots, live demos (if applicable, e.g., for templates/scripts), or short video walkthroughs.

- Description: Write clear, detailed, accurate descriptions, including features, usage instructions, compatibility, and any limitations.

- Metadata & Tags: Use relevant categories, tags, and keywords for better discoverability.

- Documentation: Include clear installation/usage instructions, help files, or a readme.txt/pdf.

 

All uploads are scanned for malware/viruses. Low-quality or non-compliant items will be rejected.

 

3. Prohibited Content & Items

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and possible account action:

 

- Infringing content (copyright, trademark, IP violations)

- Malware, viruses, harmful code, or backdoors

- Pirated, nulled, or cracked software/scripts

- Adult/explicit content (unless explicitly allowed in specific categories)

- Illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful material

- Misleading or false advertising

- AI-generated content without clear disclosure (if prohibited in your category)

- Real-world trademarks/logos in previews without permission

- Items that promote spam, scams, or illegal activities

 

4. Licensing & Buyer Rights

- You retain full ownership and copyright of your items.

- By uploading, you grant Subixo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, host, and distribute your items on the platform.

- Clearly specify the license type on each product page (e.g., Personal Use, Commercial Use, Extended License). Use our standard license templates or your own (consistent with platform rules).

- Buyers receive only a non-exclusive license — no transfer of copyright or ownership.

- Provide reasonable buyer support for your items (e.g., bug fixes for 6 months after sale, as per our policy).

 

5. Pricing, Fees & Payouts

- Set your own prices (we recommend competitive research).

- Platform fee: [Insert your actual fee, e.g., 20-30% per sale] + payment gateway charges.

- Earnings appear in your seller balance after sale (minus fees).

- Payouts: Processed weekly/monthly once minimum threshold reached (e.g., $50). Methods: PayPal, bank transfer, crypto.

- Holding period: 7-14 days for dispute/refund protection.

- Track everything in your seller dashboard.

 

6. Buyer Support & Disputes

- Respond to buyer messages/questions promptly (within 48 hours).

- Provide updates/fixes for reported issues.

- We mediate disputes but encourage direct resolution.

- Excessive unresolved complaints may affect your seller status.

 

7. Promotion & Best Practices

- Use high-quality thumbnails and galleries.

- Offer free updates to buyers.

- Encourage reviews/ratings.

- Promote your items ethically (no spam).

- Build your profile: Add bio, portfolio links, social proof.

 

8. Account & Policy Changes

- Maintain good standing: High ratings, low dispute rate.

- We may update these guidelines—continued selling constitutes acceptance.
