- By uploading, you grant Subixo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute your items on the Site.

- You warrant that your items do not infringe third-party rights (IP, copyright, trademarks).

- You are responsible for setting accurate descriptions, prices, and license terms.

- Payouts to sellers are processed after deductions (platform fees, payment gateway charges) as per our fee schedule.

- We may remove listings that violate policies.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Content

You agree not to:

- Upload or sell infringing, illegal, harmful, or prohibited content (e.g., malware, pirated material, adult content unless explicitly allowed, hate speech).

- Misrepresent products or engage in fraudulent activity.

- Interfere with the site's operation (hacking, bots, scraping).

- Harass other users or post spam.

- Violate any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take legal action for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

- All content on the Site (except user-uploaded items) is owned by Subixo or its licensors.

- Buyers receive only the license specified for each product — no transfer of ownership or copyright.

- Sellers must have all necessary rights to sell their items.

7. Payments and Fees

- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Refunds and Disputes
